Currently, he oversees every aspect of the development process, from identifying emerging opportunities and setting underwriting parameters to project design, construction oversight, and pivotal engagement in investor relations. Holding credentials as a Florida General Contractor and possessing a Bachelor’s degree in technical electro-mechanics, his professional expertise is highlighted by a broad skill set and vast experience within the real estate industry.
