He founded Clearwater Real Estate Investment Group, leading the firm’s growth, capital markets initiatives, and investment platform.

Previously, Harold held senior roles at global institutions including Santander USA, where as Vice President of Change Management & Strategic Initiatives he led enterprise-wide transformation programs, and PwC in New York, where he advised major financial institutions on strategy, compliance, and process optimization.
